CGW Release dates?

Anybody have a CGW release date schedule of the old books including the Mask & Godzilla (without the variants)

I'm trying to compare the histories against the current DH releases.....

The main problem with the CGW titles wasn't shipping delays - it did happen every so often with a title but for the most part they were released monthly. The problem was that the titles were started at odd times.

X #1 2/94 - previous appearance CGW Arcadia Monster 7/93
Catalyst 2/94 - previous appearance CGW Catalyst 8/93
Barb Wire 4/94 - previous appearance CGW Catalyst 8/93

Yet it is suppose to flow directly from the original CGW 16 week event as if there is no time lost continuity wise then almost immediately thrusted into Will To Power in June of 1994.

I remember collecting "Out of the Vortex" monthly as it came out and it was weird how that was the only sole title being released at that time without the others. And then the occasional sporadic CGW special here and there.

Anybody know the back story to the planned Nexus/Vortex crossover and if any work was done?
