Topps got in trouble for that very thing once with a Jaromir Jagr limited edition hockey card. A guy tried to corner the market and then when he was ten cards over the advertised print run, he sued their *SQUEE* off!BruceReville wrote:What The? -- Limited to 250? I own 253 of them -- FAKE!

Technically, there 350 of the DF Solar statues if you include the regular print run, the artist proof, and the manufacturer's proof.
This one is definitely overpriced. I think they've been trending in the $30.00 range for the regular edition.
