Just watched Supergirl. On the DVD they also have some texts about the actors. I don't know where they got the texts, but someone should have thought twice. Here's part of the text about the main actrice: "Alas, Supergirl was a failure, not so much due to Slater's spunky but antiseptic performance as to an uninvolving script and lackluster direction".

Sounds fun, but no, I've never seen or looked for it. Just picked up the DVD because it was $3 and seemed like fun for the kids.

I saw it when it came out in the theater. It was not a very good movie, but I suppose I would buy it on DVD if it only cost 3 bucks.

That had been my policy when I purchased it for $4 a few years back. I remembered kind of liking the film as a kid, but the thing is unbearable from an adult's viewpoint. I got fifteen minutes into the film and had to stop.

Yeah - that movie was OK as a kid - definately NOT good - just OK. As an adult it is a reel stinker!!!

Good pun. Even with everyone agreeing on how bad it is, I still find it surprising that they actually make it a part of the DVD to tell everyone how much it stinks.
