I think Crisis on Infinte Earths and Identity Crisis are the best.

Crisis on Infinite earths ive read many times and enjoyed i will have to check out Infinity Crisis havent read that complete yet.

Both of those were good. I think 52 was especially fun at times, although Identity Crisis was a more powerful story, because of the emotional complexity the characters were given.
