Sales of CGC 9.6 on that book are $250. CGC 9.8 was last recorded at $925.
OOPS. The part of my entry that I didn't put in was "raw"...followed by "several times that in true CGC". Looking at the book again, I'd give it a 9.6. Still a damn nice deal.
I understood it was raw, but I was letting you know that if you think it COULD grade CGC 9.6 or 9.8, you would be selling yourself short at $120-$150.
I understood that. The key for me is to now find another copy so that I can have one to read and another to sell.

Chris, I would LOVE to score a copy of that version. What is unique about it? Just the cover? I've never heard of this :)

Just too bad it didn't get a 9.8 like the other four (different) books I sent it.)

It is unique in that millions of copies were printed and inserted into the NY Daily News just a couple years back, and I bet less than 100,000 of them were saved. There's a pic of it around here somewhere... I gave it to Chris as part of a Secret Santa project that a bunch of us here went in together on. (Thanks all you who know who you are!)

First book I have bought in a while. The feedback is horrible but his reason is understandable if true.

Taking a chance but if it pays off this book is insane cheap.
:o Let us know how it turns out.
The Solar 10 9.8 is legit. Got it today and gave it a good look over. Book is a beauty and have added it to my second pre-unity set. Got a magnus 21 gold from the same seller for $70. Have not seen one for awhile for sale.

I just got 175 dollars worth of Green Lantern and Flash books for 60. They were mainly Silver Age books, including # 56. The Flash books were 218, 223, 224, 226, 228 and 231.

The S&H is sometimes a real pain, though. I got these in rather nice condition for 5-7 each. Found another place that does half off all backstock. I wondered why until the guy that owns it said "I have nearly 350K books I need to clear out."

If Draco does ship to you let me know as I have a couple of Flash doubles in the mid 200s.

Cool and thanks. Anything with Green Lantern and/or Green Arrow in it is what I'd be looking for. :thumb:

Sweet. Wasn't there a period where Green Lantern sort of took over the Flash book? Am I imagining that? If not, do you know which issues? I'm thinking it's around the era my newest purchases are in.
