I will certainly be attending.

I never miss big comic conventions that take place a 10-minute walk from my house :)

The only business that would be within a 10 minute walk from my house is a gas station. There are two churches that I'd pass along the way, however.

I will not be passing by any churches on my way to Wondercon.

The route does take me by the Apple Store, however, which is like a church to some of the people around here.

I will be there Fri and Sat for sure and maybe Sunday. For those with 3-day pass or pass for Fri, you can pick up your badge early on Thu from 12 to 7 pm.

Are you checking out the "Mark & Sergio Show" panel on Saturday?

I went on Friday and Saturday and had a blast. The only Valiant I picked up was a Ninjak newsstand issue for $3. There was a lot of overpriced Valiant . I saw common Valiant Voices for $50 (1/2 off, only $25!), Solar #10 for $60 (1/2 off, only $30!), . . . I will follow up with pics of things I picked up including Bob Layton commission and sketch, books signed by Robert Kirkman, books signed by Scott Allie, and more.

I wanna see the Bob Layton sketch! I talked to him for a bit on Sunday, he is a very friendly guy.

Yup, lotsa overpriced valiant, and correctly priced Valiant junk.

I got a Rai #0 and Rai #9 gold for $5 total from sckao though, nice chatting with him.

Bob Layton had a table at the show. He was selling Iron Man prints and doing commissions. I asked for a Solar commission and he was kind enough to also do a quick sketch inside the Unity hardcover (VCS project). When I put my name down on the commission waiting list, he saw my name and asked me if Iggy is my real name. I told him it's short for Ignatius. He was like, no way, I have a dog named Iggy. He said he picked Iggy because no one ever has that name. And I told him there's a 1 Iggy per convention limit so he shouldn't meet another one here. So there you have it, Bob Layton named his dog after me. :P

I have very few photos, but here are a couple.

Me on the Iron Throne of Westeros:

The Empire celebrates Scottish heritage:

These two are in a sketch book I dropped off with Super Ugly last year, and didn't get back till this show (the slacker).

I acquired the best drawing of Galactus ever by Super Ugly:

I told Dave to draw Doctor Doom, and to do whatever goofy or funny thing he wanted to do with it, and he nailed it. I am rather pleased.
