FS my valiant era upper deck wooden box on ebay
Hey guys, a few of you might remember me asking you all about this thing a year ago..at that time I decided not to sell it but times are hard and I have some intimidating bills to pay off. So now I just listed my Valiant Era Pyramid Wooden box on ebay, its the artists proof X/100 given to me by Bruce when I was 11 years old (I was good friends with his son and my father was good friends with Bruce) My box is still signed by bruce like all the others and is exactly the same as the others asside from the X/100 deal. Although I'm missing I think 1 or 2 cards from the set if my memory serves me right. Auctions starting at $200 there is no buy it now option. I'm all verified on paypal and everythign and shipping will include insurance and tracking. anyways here is what you all probably want to see, some pictures! oh and a link to the auction.

Sad to see that the bad times don't end. I've put it on my watch-list. Would you consider shipping internationally?bizenboat wrote:times are hard

Uhhhhhh... Magnus wishes it was $20...bizenboat wrote:Yeah but I'm not entirely sure what I have to do to ship it internationally I've never done that before, I'm guessing for something this small and light it would probably be around 20 dollars?

I think it's a good starting price. Good luck!

My want list is big enough, and I've already spent too much on eBay this month.Daniel Jackson wrote:I would be willing to go around 100 bucks for one, but not much more.Draco wrote:Not something i would want to pay more than $10 for no matter how scarce or how little they show up.
Congrats to the winner though, nice piece of Valiant history.

It's a bit higher than I expected as well - My feeling is the ones that were given out at the dinner have to be worth more, possibly depending on who they were given to. If an "anonymous" one sells for $450+, The one Bob Layton received at the dinner is worth...what? Whatever it is, it would certainly put it at the most expensive single item in my collection.

I felt the opposite. There's only one "prototype". There are 100 with a number on them... not as cool to me.
Unless you could get Reggie Jackson's.

i agree with greg. unless there is an XX, or even an XXXgreg wrote:I felt the opposite. There's only one "prototype".
