Just saw that Mile High has free shipping on all back issue comics. They probably have the best deal with the free shipping.
Where do you see that? Do you mean over $50? Are there any codewords running right now?
It's in Chuck's email for this week.

Howdy!

The most important topic for today's newsletter is the free shipping program that I initiated on Wednesday. To our shock and amazement, temporarily eliminating our shipping charges caused our sales to surge to their highest levels in over ten weeks, exceeding even the robust turnover that we experienced at the height of our recent codeword sales. I took that clear message about shipping costs to heart, and immediately convened a staff meeting to discuss what else we might be able to do to help everyone cut their costs of ordering from us. The solution we arrived at is two-fold. First, I am extending free shipping on all packages containing just back issue comics and magazines for you through next Monday, at noon Colorado Time. This two day extension gives those of you who might have missed the initial announcement all of this weekend to get your order in to us. International orders containing trade paperback and/or hardback books, and all orders containing supplies, statues, and other oversize and/heavy items will still incur some shipping charges, but we will do our best to keep them to a minimum for you.

I got an email that said just for this weekend free shipping. I bought two comics yesterday and it had free shipping. I spent $7 and it was free shipping. No code

Sweet. Is there a codeword that you can use too though?

They've got some Spidey books for halfway decent prices.

I just went ahead and ordered a couple from MH, even though it pains me to do so. With the free shipping weekend, it was about the best alternative. Now we'll just have to wait and see if MH comes through. They have a bad habit of running out books that they list as being available.

This cancellation of orders may or may not have been due to my contact with them early Tuesday of last week. In response to my inquiry about my order with them for a copy of the Mags #1 variant, this was their reply via email.....
Hi,

Unfortunately, our orders exceeded the quantity that we qualified for. We apologize for this inconvenience. This has been credited to your account.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Luckily, I had placed an order with TFAW and requested a copy through my LCS as well so I was covered.

Got my Magnus variant order for MH yesterday. They were less than 5 bucks and it was free shipping, so it was better than trying to pick one up on ebay. I noticed one of them (I got two) had a $18.00 price tag on the front of the bag.
