Who are the best colorists?

I'm in the market to hire a colorist to handle some cover work for Man of God and I'm having a hell of a time finding the right fit. So for those of you who pay attention to such things, who are the best colorists?

Any links would be a great help as well.

Janet Jackson has always been one of my favorites.

And I can't remember the guys name, but the colorist for Bob Layton.

Agreed JJ is great. Ian Sokolowski does a lot of Layton's stuff, another good colorist.

Always been a big fan of Val Staples.

Especially his work on Brubaker/Sean Phillips Criminal, but he has a pretty big range.
