Advertised but never published?

Is there a list of comics that VALIANT/Acclaim advertised but never published?

In my current re-readings I noticed ads for "City Knights". I've never seen anything about it other than the ads. Anyone have any info?

There was actually a City Knights preview story published in one of the Magic TPB's...looked interesting.
