Good luck with that dude and i mean that seriously.
If you have a true NM or better then i would get it slabbed, but understand you may bbe wanting a quick sale.

Ebay sales are coming closer to your price but some arent if you know what i mean, with many at $30-40.
A couple of raw NM copies have breached $60.

Here is what is still live.

It's funny how that issue for like 10 years wasn't worth crappola, and now it's priced like New Mutants 87 was back in 1992. I remember my friend bought that comic for like $5 back in 1995 or something. I used to own it, too, and I probably got it for less than $5 in 1997 or 1998.

Of course now I don't own it anymore, and probably SOLD it for less than $5 like 5 or 6 years ago. Doh!

Oh well, I have my X-Force Megazine reprint, so I'm happy. haha

I bought 1 off the rack. 1 when the price first went up to around $15 for $3 or so, and another 3 this year. The three this year I picked up for .50, 1.00, and 3.00.

This comic has done well for me for sales.

Now these books right here are not highly available and the spines are crappy on most issues, so to get copies in high grade is not easy.
Marvel produced a small number of megazine sq bound books like this and for me are seriously nice books to put away for the future.

Yeah--I agree. I remember I picked up the Elektra Megazines, too, off of the racks back in 1997. There were two issues; they reprint a good deal of the Elektra stuff from Frank Miller's run on Daredevil, from issues 168-191.
