Solar Archives tradepaperback out in October
I can't beleive I missed this...

Boy, that's looong overdue and I'm happy to see it. Tempted to give it a try after reading the reprint in Solar #1, but mainly I'm overjoyed because most likely this means Russ Manning's classic Magnus issues will at last be printed in an relatively affordable trade paperback format, which I'll definately get. I can't wait.

Thanks. I wish I'd checked this thread after I started it. LOLRyan wrote:Yup, Magnus vol. 1 softcover also coming in October

I only just accidently stumbled on that solicitation today. CBR has it shipping in Dec (but that wouldn't make any sense in October solicitations would it?) but DH's site says October. I can't find it on Amazon yet (even though the Solar Archive TPB is already on there).

You mean how long til retailers offer the TPB for $10 on sale? That's up to the retailer but that would be a unusually low price for it unless you get manage to get one on a nick and dent discount from Things from Another Planet or get lucky on ebay. Amazon's offering the Solar one for 13.59 with a chance for free shipping so that's pretty cheap.toddyboy wrote:how long to wait until these are $10 u think?
