Eternal Warrior Map updated...
In issue 36 it is explained that issue 32 was missing a page of art. It seems a page of art was misplaced when it was suppose to go to the printer. Well, it was inserted into issue 36.. which seems odd if you are reading from issue to issue, but for us bounders its easy to rip out that page and insert it where it is suppose to go!!
I added this little tid-bit to the bottom of the map where the notes go.

Interesting that she said they purchased the dies. Several of the other binding forums I frequent are telling members to request their dies back from LBC. Since those dies were bought and paid for by customers and "loaned" to LBC for others to use, I wonder what exactly Houchens thinks they bought re: dies.dholden007 wrote:Did anyone get the HouchenBindery (the company that bought LBC)packet in the mail? I called them up and spoke with an Angel Dale-she said they purchased their entire binding inventory including all the dies. The prices will go slightly higher but not more than $20 per basic bind...it will take about a month for them to set everything up. They are moving everything to Nebraska (which appears to be the binding capital of the world) Hopefuly James will have his company up soon.

Its through a new binder obviously with the whole LBC Houchens thing.
They are based in Canada but a friend of mine who in one of the coolest moves Ive ever heard, convinced his wife to let him do about 45 binds at once as they are doing a basement remodel and it clears out a good 2-3 longboxes worth of stuff out of the house.
Since he was driving them there he let me add a few along for the ride, I'm always down for free shipping and 15 dollar binds. They are glue based to the buckram, but still feel very sturdy.
I also sent off the Alan Moore run of Supreme, and the 7 soldiers (30 part x-over) so very excited to see all three.

Sounds like a chane to see what this new company can offer. Why is the glueing different? Are the pages still sewn?ncameron wrote:Its through a new binder obviously with the whole LBC Houchens thing.

To make my collection stand apart from the original TPB volumes, I may want to start the run with Solar #11 and end with The Lost Unity Chapter.
What do you guys think?
If I remember right, the Unity Lost Chapter was more about Aric than anything. Its all up to you though, each bound book is a piece of art that you've created
