Just a tiny small sample of what's going into my BloodShot Bound bro, we're talking hours, months of photoshop remastering/formatting work and expensive paper and ink! Priceless to me, bood, sweat and TEARS lol.

Thanks, ya its all for me bro, i'll share photo's when all is bound, all of my books will have so many extras in them like this, promo art, sketches, interviews adds, everything - all remastered and formatted in photoshop. I'v been there, i go from time to time. Not so much a big member there as I'v had issues from time to time with some of the members but I do my best to be civil even try to re-build some bridges but for the most part I just do me and share on here and there alot, you guys can use any of the stuff that I have posted thus far, which is alot.

That is honestly amazing!
Are they all the previews solisitations ( cannot spell it?)
What are the scrolled pages.

You have similar ideas to me, I have been getting heaps of stuff to add to the bindings.

Thats why I haven't started yet.

I am adding postcards, to inside covers ( cut into inside binding), signed vvss and fans books, promotional posters, anything to make it special. Trying to put in original coloured art pages aswell, but have lucked out on all auctions.
But did get the hardcorps fan project :thumb:

You have worked hard on stuff with computers that I could never do, I don't think I will even put sleaves on the hardcovers, as I have no idea about that.

WHich just reminded me ~ Moonchild ~ was it you that wanted something signed by Lanning and Albert? the english writers?

Nice Bloodshot artwork and extras. I never thought about adding in extra or unique stuff into a bound comic. All I've planned on is sending in the comics themselves. I do like the table of contents pages which Lightning Strike added into his books in the Bound Books thread:
http://valiantfans.com/forum/viewtopic. ... 255#637255

Something like that I might consider doing.

Anyone know if the X-O Manowar HC Birth is regular comic size? I was thinking of ordering it and grabbing the rest of the series 7-52 out of the dollar bins and doing a 2 volume bind. (0-25 & 26-52) But what about the TPB Retribution and the new "Rise of Lydia" story in the HC? How do those fit into the storyline? Or should I just leave them out. I havent read X-O yet, I'm enjoying reading the older stuff for the first time in my binds.

:D

Does anyone have a good map for Fables. I wanted to start binding my TPBs in sets of around 20-25 issues. But wanted to try to find good start and end points for each.

I know this isnt a Valiant title :o Are we trying to stay away from not Valiant titles on this board? If so I will. It's just everyone is so much more helpful on this board.

I'm working on collecting Magnus Robot Fighter for a bind. Of the two maps which one do people think is better the one with Unity in it or the one with Predator in it.

And what do I do with Rai 1-3? Do I remove them or flip them and insert them into the Magnus storyline? :?

You definitely want to flip Rai 1-4. Those are integral to the Magnus Invasion storyline.

Are the Unity and Yearbook needed in the bind? Or should I say does it read weird without them. I saw two different maps and am wondering which to go with. :?

Stick it where you want it. Everyone is a little different. For me, if it continues the story, I place it in. Most of my binds have Unity 0 & 1 in them. Actually in my Magnus/Rai book I think I only have Unity 1 in it because '0' didnt add anything to the story. I think.. :hm:

I can check with the books that I have had bound. Honestly, I always double check the continuity when I do a book. Then i check to see if Unity 0 and 1 are necessary. Sometimes they are, sometimes only one.. sometimes none.

Also, some characters show up in other titles but its outside of a story in their own title, so I dont include it in that books. For example, if Turok shows up in X-O I check to see if I REALLY need to include that X-O book in my Turok bind... its not always necessary. This is how it is for when I include Unity books.
