Just as well be signed by Greg@Valiantfans.com with the back cover removed. LOL!

Only joking Greg, but actually that's not a half bad idea. I wonder if you wouldn't mind if I sent you a copy of a Valiant book and having you sign it. For a sort of personal book for my collection. You've done a wonderful job here. You don't HAVE to rip off the back cover though.greg wrote:I can arrange that.puffdoggy wrote:Just as well be signed by Greg@Valiantfans.com with the back cover removed. LOL!

From the auction:

I've seen this before and I'm trying to figure out where this idea came from. Why do some think Jim is going to stop signing Valiants just because VEI has sued him? I only met Jim once, but from what I know of him, he didn't strike me as someone who would hold a grudge against Valiant or their fans just because the current owners of the characters are suing him.Still...there are only 6 copies that are Signature Series, and there are not likely to be any more for quite some time. This copy is, of course, a 9.8, signed by creator/writer Jim Shooter, and colorist Janet Jackson. Three of those 6 copies were obtained by me.
Because of Jim Shooter's current legal troubles, it's not likely anyone will be getting his signature on anything anytime soon.

I don't understand either why Jim would stop signing Valiants (or why someone would think that Jim would stop signing Valiants). Afterall it's his own creation and he was involved with Harbinger #1. I would understand Jim not signing the VEI Harbinger HC but Harbinger #1 is his baby.Brother J wrote:From the auction:

Its a legitimate concern... heck this thought crossed my mind as well. I'm happy to hear most of you say he's too classy to stop signing books now. More than likely the seller mentioned the possibility of Jim not signing to entice buyers.iggy101us wrote:I don't understand either why Jim would stop signing Valiants (or why someone would think that Jim would stop signing Valiants). IMHO, this is likely "fishing," putting it out there and hoping someone believes it.Brother J wrote:From the auction:
