Yep its a Comics Greatest World :Arcadia tpb here it is from Mile High Comics...

The location logo on the cover of each book was embossed witheither red or gold foil I believe. For the premiums they were either gold or plat, I can't remember which. I need one of the big boys to step in and lay some education on me.

i think these were Diamond giveaways.
The logos are all in gold, plat, ruby and erm, blue.

No variations that i know of.

I think I've got a spare one or two of those Arcadia trades.

At one point, mycomicshop had a few listed as FN condition for a quarter.

There have been lots around the $2 mark these last few years.

I did start to hoard them till i realised how easy they were getting to pick up.
