Rogue Trooper Statue

Post by Knightt »

Has anyone ever seen one of these ?

If so, I am wanting this statue BAD and am willing to pay fair market value for one. I believe that they were produced in the UK only and MAYBE some have made their way to the states but I know that I lost out on an auction for one just for being in traffic and not being there for auction close.

It may not be the prettiest statue in the world but I would make it mine and call it... Marlene. If anyone has a lead to one of these PLEASE let me know. Also looking for Rogue Trooper TPBs and the 2000AD issues in which they were released. I even started playing Rogue Trooper on my Xbox 360 again, which is a PAIN because I have to put my 20 gig hard drive on the system instead of the 120 hd I have on their now, but it looks beautiful and plays like a charm.

But this statue.... it would be the ULTIMATE cornerstone of my statue collection, which I have trimmed down lately due to it getting too cluttered and need of $$$.

But what do you guys think of the statue ? And for the record how many here collect Rogue Trooper ?

Not a Rogue Trooper fan ... but that looks like a high quality statue!

Sorry to hear about getting outbid ... ever try an ebay sniper program? I'd recommend AuctionSentry to help take care of problems like that....

I used to do that, too but this program has saved me a ton of time/money.

Are you opposed to auction sniping?

RT rocks...Have been thinking of picking up original run in 2000AD for a long time but finding HG copies has been difficult. The Titan Books have done me well!

No, I am not. I just like to keep it personal, MY finger on the trigger. Just my way, nothing more.

I think you have all the Quality fleetway issues right?

You get first pick over everyone as agreed ages ago, so no probs there.
I know i have the first appearance and i bet i can make sets for anyone interested over a period of time.
Its taken us 18 months to sort bag and board all we have and its hurt, but im excited at what we can achieve now.
The website has begun and by February we will be fully functional.
Deals for board members will be our pleasure.

Yes, I have all of the regular comics... and quite a few dupes if anybody needs any. I think I have given away 5 sets of Rogue Trooper 1-5 to board members here and there. I hope it spread collection virus for RT !!

I am replaying the Xbox game as well, surprising at how much FUN that game is. FINALLY a comic book game that was done well and had a story all it's own. To me this game is only second to Batman: Arkum Asylum.
