On a funnier not for Pokemon i have two really cool cards in French.
French Charizard is called Dracofeau and Dratini is called Mini Draco.
Genius.

I sent him a message via eBay previously and he said he was going to list this one at Pedigree. My guess is that he decided to list on eBay now since it wasn't getting much interest at Pedigree.puffdoggy wrote:Hmmm very interesting......same serial # here : http://www.pedigreecomics.com/detail.php?issue_id=29026iggy101us wrote:Harby #1 from rasmus2 serial # 1004467003

Gotcha! I'll keep watching. I was going to throw in a bid for it at pedigree but got caught up in a silver age book @ the last auction. I paid plenty but I saw an inferior copy in the same grade go for $150 more at comiclink. I don't feel so bad now! I wouldn't be surprised if there is a warehouse of uncirculated copies of early pre-Unity books. A few years ago I did come across 30 copies of uncirculated X-O Manowar #1 still in their original distributor bags (3 packs of 10 copies each). Along in the same box was 20 copies of Archer & Armstrong #0. So a warehouse packing with uncirculated copies of Harbinger #1 is certainly not surprising.Draco wrote:Anothre reason books from he last 20 years or so shouldnt be held in such high regard.SnotDrip wrote:I was second!!tssgery wrote:If so, they beat my snipe by about $20iggy101us wrote:http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0501117394
Auction ended. Winning bid = $384. 1st post updated.
Did a board member win this? If so, congrats!
Did anybody else pick up on the description from rasmus "UNREAD copy comes from a warehouse find of uncirclulated comics"...wonder how many more Rich has waiting to flood the market.
Sure if the original print run was 1,000 copies maybe, but for something like HArbinger # 1, you just never know when a warehouse find of say 50 uncirculated copies will pop up.
If they can still find Silver and Bronze in warehouses untouched ill be surprised if thats not the case again with books just like this.
