FCBD reports !!
I love reading all about other retailers experiences with Free comic book day.
So heres a link from ICv2's site.
A nice tale of how to really utilise the genius that is FCBD.
Sure these guys are huge in retail terms, but even a scaled down version of they approach it would serve as a great tool for other retailers and also provide a solid argument as to how FCBD really is a special event not to be frowned upon.
If you take away any negatives that are often thrown around from the cost and alocation of some FCBD books, to the unavoidable problems that are bound to happen i cannot see any downside.
I for one cannot wait to get a new store and be part of this madness once again.
