crossgen reading order
so does anyone have a list or something that shows what order each of the titles should be read in to achieve a good idea of the chronology. stuff happens in each book that relates(often) to other titles, and some titles start at a different point in the sigil-verse timeline. any help would be awesome!

I've read about half of the line. (I think)
I'm not sure.
There is some crossover for sure. And some books not at all. If I remember correctly: Sojourn, Ruse (#1-12), route 666, and Brath have no crossovers.
While: Sigil, Meridian, Crux, the First, and Negation for sure do. (can't remember about Mystic [I've only read the beginning, and it was a few summers ago]).
I can say that Sam from Sigil has crossovers in Meridian and Crux (not sure if he is actually in Crux, but he is a big part of the story), and actually he does meet Brath in his book. The Negation is in Crux, and the First is in Negation.
So with all of that....

Here is the Crossgen list which includes date solicited and print runs (est)... with some work, you could start there for a chronological reading list.

Not the best answer, I know... but for the moment, that is all I have. Still looking.

I am not sure what actually constitutes a crossover, but Sam (Sigil) was in Meridian, Capricia (Crux) was in Sigil, the Negation (Lawbringers, the wierd looking general, and other baddies) were in Crux, Brath was in Sigil.
I would say the strongest "crossover" was Sam in Meridian. It really effected Sephie in her storyline.

Negation leads directly into Negation War.
In the early days the philosophy seems to have been to limit the need to read across titles which changed it appears as things progressed. In books like Ruse there are hints at the wider Sigilverse (and Negation-verse), but they can be read on their own. I second Elveen and highly recommend Ruse, especially issues 1-12.
