Greg is... really...
... in Las Vegas.
My parents' 30th Anniversary was Sunday, March 20.
My mom, dad, wife, sister, and brother-in-law have been in Vegas
since last Saturday.
I wasn't sure I'd have an internet connection while I was here,
so I figured you guys would probably be able to behave yourselves
for a week... looks like I didn't slip away unnoticed.
Anyway, I've got an internet connection here in the room,
but my wife won't let me be online for more than a couple minutes
at a time because she seems to think I'm online enough when I'm at home,
and I shouldn't waste our time in Vegas by sitting on the internet.
Anyway, she's standing here next to me tapping her foot, so I guess
it's time to go again.
If you want a concept to try to grasp, check this out:
My parents are strict non-gamblers, non-drinkers, and non-smokers.
So... here we are in Vegas... none of us have gambled, drank, or smoked.
We haven't seen a single show... we haven't even been out past midnight
except last night eating desserts at Cheesecake Factory.
Vegas for the ultra-conservative... who knew?
My wife and I will return someday... without them.
Gotta run! (Be good!)

I bet it's hard to work on those difficult laser levels when you only have a couple of minutes at a time.greg wrote:...

If there is a printer available you could take a screen shot and print it out to do pencil sketches on during your free time

I don't know about the rest of you, but here is what I read into this. Now, keep in mind that Greg's wife is looking over his shoulder while he types this, probably making sure none of their debauchery hits this site:
All done in jest man, hope the vacation is resting and fun. Safe travels home!

P.S. Skip the Riveria, I just spent a week there for a convention and it blew!!!

"See honey, I'm making sure they think we are well behaved. They'll never know we're up $4,000 at Texas Hold'em and now blowing it on the Blue Man Group! And I'm using code, saying 'Cheesecake Factory' when I mean 'piano recital'."greg wrote:We haven't seen a single show... we haven't even been out past midnight

"We'll return when the parents aren't around so we don't have to hide the hedonism, and we can better disguise our trip from the Valiant boys... When was that 700 club convention again? Now that's a good cover story!"greg wrote:My wife and I will return someday... without them.![]()
