I moved this over here, if one of the mods could remove the original from my gallery thread, I'd appreciate it.

No, I still don't have a complete set, so I'm waiting until then before I read them. I should probably just find a trade of this.Doorman wrote:Sweet I, Lusiphur #1s! Have you read the entire series?

Yeah, Al Williamson doing Flash Gordon (or a Flash-like character) is some great stuff.slym2none wrote:Those are cool - I really like the cover to #3, for some reason.Brother J wrote:Thanks, made me realize I should probably post a picture of all of my Visions issues, #1-4.SnotDrip wrote:Very nice Visions indeed , Bro J

Rod Whigham did the front cover, the back cover was a Red Sonja piece by Paul GulacySnotDrip wrote:

#1 signed by Lamar Waldron and Bob Burden (he signed it "Robert Burden"), numbered #547 of 1,000SnotDrip wrote:Can you confirm if all your issues were indeed numbered signed by an attending artist and if so whom??
#2 signed by Rod Whigham, numbered #656 of 2,000
#3 not signed or numbered
#4 not signed or numbered
I still need Visions #5-9, I'll be surprised if I ever find them, though. They all have some Flaming Carrot content, according to flamingcarrot.com.
EDIT: after looking through my Visions #3, I found out it was indeed signed by Bob Burden. I wasn't even aware of that, as the other signed Visions issues were signed on the inside front cover, the #3 was signed on the first FC story page.

Would check the others as well as a site I found indicates that at least 1-5 were (may have been ??) signed by Mr Burden but exactly were I don't know...this is why I was wondering so apologies if I did not make it clearer...I am trying to confirm this...don't know why yet...just trying that's all.Brother J wrote:EDIT: after looking through my Visions #3, I found out it was indeed signed by Bob Burden. Seen...thought you may have been able to narrow it down better...Thanks for the checkBrother J wrote:Hard to say, according to the FC website, the Killian Barracks issue came out "Summer 1981" and the Visions #3 also says "Summer 1981" in the indicia.SnotDrip wrote:oh and this is even geeking me out...but does VISIONS 3 predate FC comics 1 (1981)

Thanks for your post, much appreciated

That Star Wars stuff sure brings back memories. It also reminds me when I stopped collecting these as a kid. I had every one of the "A New Hope" figures and 95% of the Empire figures, but 0% of the Return of the Jedi stuff, so somewhere between the two movies, I guess I outgrew my Star Wars collecting.
