Big kudos to KNIGHTT for the BIG box of Avengers comics he sent me - absolutely free! I knew they were coming, but when they arrived I had my wife just wrap the box and put it under the tree. That substituted as my normal gift "from me to me" this year. It was still one of the coolest things I got this year. THANKS Knightt! I can't wait to actually read them!

Got more coming your way, that is all I could fit in the box. I'm glad you like them.

So did I and I didn't want to believe it until one day in 2002 while standing at a truck stop urinal in Nevada and written on those hallowed halls read: "The jokes not on you, it's in your hand."Elveen wrote:Knightt wrote:No I'm not... that is a vicious rumor.superman-prime wrote:Knight is a great guy
I saw it written on the subway walls.... And tenement halls.
About 14 weeks ago... I just got that joke. I wept like a small child for about 4 hours, totally inconsolable.

Last week I got a SNAZZY box from tictuck, had some ULTRAcool issues that I've been needing. Thanks ticktuck... this was what ' year trade in the making' that finally happened ???
Story short, ticktuck and I have probably traded 'needs lists' back and forth 15 times but we never got around to looking for the books on each others list. And really... I think we've been messing around with this for a YEAR !!!
Again, VERY nice books tuck, THANKS. I appreciate it.
I imagine our next trades to be in oh what do you say... 2010 ?

Got a reaaaaaally nice box in today from turborip. I must say that was the best of Target and Toys 'R Us bags...
At first when I was flipping through the nice short stack, I though, 'hmmm and odd mix here in the stack', then... I got it... books drawn by Turner. Some Witchblade and Aspen in there. Thanks man, I dont have a single one of those books. A neat surprise was a short run of the original Crossgen mini series (my FAV books) to be followed by quite a few of the follow on series and then I spied something I had been THINKING about getting for quite a while but could only nail down the first two or three issues.... Shaman's Tears NICE run of 1-5. BOO YAA 'the box rocks'. Thanks.

I would like to give big kudos to ckb for a GREAT transaction.
I finally got a Valiant WWF book (9.4) and he added the same book as a reader copy along with another WWF book and some VERY nice freebies, Shadow Hawk TPB (thanks, been needing that), Savage Dragon TPB (my second to date), Micronauts comics and (see this is where I know that the guy pays attention to detail) to my complete surprise Rune #1 Dynamic Forces copy signed by Barry Windsor-Smith w/ coupon !!!
SO, I get to knock two books off my list and add the Valiant WWF books to my Valiant needs list !!!!
THANKS ckb... I appreciate it. FANTASTIC transaction !!!
