Hey Guys,

I always kinda liked the Twistedness of the 1st Marvel Zombie Tale.. To take the Hero's everyone Know's & Loves, & to put them into a demention like that was sick. :D .. Well , I wanted to make one with some cloth Clothes in the 8inch mego formate.. Thought I'd share the outcome of this..

I shrunk a Bust I had, to make the head in scale. Sheild is Resin too.. ( I Hacked it) ;) I combinded Resin Parts, with a CTVT Skeleton, & Magic Sculpt. (See below Pics for the Custom Body I put him on) ... I sewed the Suit, leather belt, metal buckle . Paints by me too. BTW.. Figure is 8inch Scale. The Shield was very hard to paint. :P

That's awesome, but I never understood why the shield would ever get cracked just because Cap zombied out. It's supposed to be indestructible so even in zombie world or whatever it would be in perfect shape!

I'm not a huge fan of the zombie thing, but you did an incredible job making that figure, not to mention the box. Looks good enough (or better) to be released in the stores.

I am not sure how the Story of the shield was originally told,.. I am only 33... :? , But post Wolverine 80's days, it's told that the Shield is Adamantium, I believe. .. Yeah,.. so the Sheild would be indistructable,.. But man,.. was it fun just to mess up a bit for the character. :D

Big thanks for the Kind words Guys... I can not take the credit for the Box.. A Buddy of mine made it for me.

I looked up the wiki entry on Cap's shield, and it is apparently made out of some alloy of Vibranium. In some places it is said that it is adamantium, but apparently that cannot be correct in Marvel continuity because adamantium was not discovered/invented until after WWII.

I don't think any knickers are getting tooo bunched over it. It looks awesome.

I agree, nothing to fret over, the figure looks very cool.

Checking the Zombie books, Cap's shield was never damaged. Dirty yes, but not damaged. Personally, I think it adds to the edginess of the figure and works for me. :thumb: And the 'mego box' is SWEET !!!

Thanks for sharing the pics.

Hey Guys,

More Bloody MadNess I have been Working on.... :o
Had to Make the Wolverine Zombie, after the Cap. :?

I shunk the Head from a Bust. Added a Ball Joint to the Head, for Rotating Purposes. The Body, is a Combination of Resin Pieces, Mixed with a CTVT Skeleton Body, & Majic Sculpt. Kinda took Me a few to Make... I went with a Sunken in Chest,.. with Both Ribs on this one,.. to Give him more of the "Undead" Look. Paints by me, Suit from me (or whats left of it :( . Used leather & Vinyl for the Trim... Claws are Metal. Undead Box , a Friend of Mine Made .
