U.S.E.L.E.S.S. comic
I'd like to advertise a new product I am making, it is called the U.S.E.L.E.S.S. This book is NOT Valiant, but there might be some interest. The acronym stands for Ultraverse Select Embossed Limited Edition Signature Series. The first book immortalized in this incredible new limited edition will be Sludge #1, because that title is kind of fitting for this type of project. It will be limited to five copies, with one going to me and one each to Knightt, depluto, architect and dellamorte (the only other people I know who have been actively collecting Ultraverse lately). No one else will get one, so don't bother PMing or e-mailing me! Thanks for your time!

I got an email from Norm Breyfogle the other day if you want to do something like this. Maybe we should talk more about this!Brother J wrote:just to make sure everyone knows, the U.S.E.L.E.S.S. book was just my attempt at humor. It would be cool to see a fan-inspired Ultraverse signed book. Heck, I'd do it if I knew any Ultraverse creators. One of you guys, get on this ASAP!

There are so many different version of signed Ultraverse books (with numbered COAs even) that it's mind-boggling. Practically every No. 1 issue has several different versions of signed and number releases.
These were by Malibu, Beckett, different shops, etc. And most of them are less than impressive.
I wonder what the cut was for the artist/writers who signed these. Even at 25 cents a book, on a 10,000 print run where you only sign with your initials, that's a good day's work.

Reminds me of Marlon Perkins. Dude used to ride along while Jim would jump from a jeep at 40 mph, wrestle a gazelle to the ground and then let it go. Then he would go punch a bear in the mouth. And then kick a cheetah in the *SQUEE*.
Jim might have been the baddest dude who ever lived. Marlon never did much, although they did get him to act like he was wrestling a rubber snake along the river a couple of times.

Check out Norm Breyfogle's website... he has a gallery where you can buy his different inks fairly cheap (with the exception of the Prime alternate cover). http://www.normbreyfogle.com/gallery/index.asp
