I asked my comic guy about it today and he said he still had no word on it...turborip wrote:Well, I just saw the ComicList shipping list from Diamond and other sources and Archer and Armstrong First Impressions is on it this week! I expect this board to be jumping on Wednesday, one way or the other!

DCBS does have them in hand, I see from looking at my order. Do you think they are really going to hold onto them and not ship until the end of November? Last time I ordered something and it was late, they shipped it right away. Hopefully that is the case again this time.dellamorte wrote:I'll be waiting until early Dec. before I get my copy from DCBS, unless my AICN contest copy shows up before then. Still for $13 and some change I can wait a couple extra weeks.

As I understand, if you are a regular customer, when something is late, they ship it with your next regular shipment. This has been my experience with them, I get a shipment every month, and if somethgin is missing from a month due to lateness, it arrives in teh next month's shipment after it arrives.Brother J wrote:DCBS does have them in hand, I see from looking at my order. Are you a regular customer? If you are not, then I could understand them sending it right away.

If it's the only thing you have on order it'll ship right away. I'm a regular customer so I wait until my next monthly shipment. Like I said, not a big deal since I got it for such a great price.Dr. Solar wrote:As I understand, if you are a regular customer, when something is late, they ship it with your next regular shipment. I have become a regular customer in recent months, and I have an order for November's books, so it looks like I'll be waiting. The time an item was late and they shipped it right away, I didn't have anything else on order.dellamorte wrote:If it's the only thing you have on order it'll ship right away. I was hoping to not have to wait much longer.
