If you check completed auctions, there was a box for $1 that ended with no bids .... so I'm going to say that $40 for 19 boxes plus a couple other boxes thrown in is probably "over-paying"
If anyone is interested in it, I would bid the $5 and get rid of the buy it now. You'll probably win it for much less than the $40 even if you get a little competition

Yeah, the comics may have been awful, but the cards are actually pretty nice. Not nice enough to get stuck with 19 boxes, but nice.....
19 unopened boxes sounds to me like a fun date night with the wife.
