Suggested reading order for Defiant?

Comic universes no longer active, Bravura, Continuity, CrossGen, Future, Malibu, Ultraverse... and others that are 'no longer with us' today (or only recently brought back).

Suggested reading order for Defiant?

So I have read some Defiant books, but not all of them. (a good # of Plasm).

I do have a full reading set, is there a suggested reading order?

Bump. I'm into a reading order that more closely follows publication order, but allowing for story arcs (like Plasm 0-4) to be read together. Flashback issues (like War Dancer 2) feel out of place being read first, even though the events are obviously chronologically first.

Anybody got a good reading order like that?

WoP and DD 0 issue card binders would be first, since they were the first stories produced.
