how do you guys do the podcast anyway? chiclo justs calls you and you guys rap? how do you record?

just wondering.

the sound quality is always really good.

We use a program called Skype to connect to each other and Doc records the conversation with... Pamela?

i'm listening to episode 1 right now-for a while i wasn't able to download these, but now that i am, i'm gonna listen to all of 'em...

it's already a bit historic, because she's only your "girlfriend" in episode 1.

Chiclo is correct about the technology. I use Audacity to edit.

It's not a perfect solution, but it works ok.

Pamela is the name of a recording program. I should have said that earlier.

I proposed in August. 13th? Her grandmother died the next day, she'd been in the hospital for a few days. We are getting married Saturday. So, yes she was my girlfriend when the podcast started in the spring.

I would recommend nailing down the date with certainty and committing it to memory or some sort of computerized date reminder program.

Some of the "talent" has been out of town.

Might have to do a WWTX special. Nowhere near as exciting as the SDCC one. Valiant was out in force in the bargain bins, though. No incentive books but I did fish a few gems out.

I've just been a slacker.

It's been hard to find a 4 - 5 hour chunk of time to edit up an episode recently.

After a bit of a hiatus, we're back!

In this episode, Chiclo takes the reigns and guide us through a discussion of dead universes. We take a step beyond Valiant to discuss Ultraverse, Crossgen, Comic's Greatest World, Milestone, Comico, etc, etc, etc. If you have ever had an interest in all of the comic universes beyond the big two, sit back and listen in.
