I wish we had all come together quicker on that idea...TKWill wrote:I was going to see if anyone wanted to pool money together last night, but decided I would post that today. If they do go up for sale I wouldn't mind getting a hold of the H.A.R.D.Corps one.

Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

Initially I was worried about admitting that I would like to get the HARDCorps book. You can't blame me for that?slym2none wrote:I wish we had all come together quicker on that idea...TKWill wrote:I was going to see if anyone wanted to pool money together last night, but decided I would post that today. The volumes are already split up. Harbinger got swiped. Solar and Shadowman are missing but more likely got swiped as well IMO. I don't think we can get into a "I love and cherish Valiant more than you, so I deserve the whole set" debate. I really wanted to see the ability to cherish these volumes and add them to our collections spread among the community.

I don't think anyone would have fought you for it, that's for sure.....TKWill wrote:Initially I was worried about admitting that I would like to get the HARDCorps book. "And Bob Layton's bound books? Gone.... We'll have us a little book barbecue in the yard. They'll see the flames for miles. We'll dance around it like wild Injuns! You understand me? Catching my drift?... Or am I being obtuse?"

Another thread turned gay? It's hard to say since it is a scene from Shawshank Redemption.

That's what you get for being so quick to point out someone else's error, Squirrel.
I know.
