Does any one know what issues #s are collected in each Ghost TPB?

My CGW books are all together but lost in a stack of about 4 or 5 long boxes about 50 miles south of here.

I'll dig them up sometime soon and look.

Ok, so I got my CGW box up here last night.

I have all but 2 of the Ghost TPBs and it's pretty obvious what issues the Ghost/Batgirl TPB covers.

Ghost Stories - Comics Greatest World Arcadia Week 3, Ghost Special (1), X 8

Ghost Nocturnes - Ghost Vol. 1 #s 1, 2, 3 and 5

Ghost Black October - Ghost vol. 1 #s 6, 7, 8, 9, 26 and 27

Ghost Exhuming Elisa - Ghost vol. 1 #s 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25

Ghost Painful Music - Ghost vol. 1 #s 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32

Ghost/Hellboy - Ghost/Hellboy 1 and 2

Ghost/Batgirl Resurrection Engine - Ghost/Batgirl 1, 2, 3 and 4

I do not have No World So Dark and accordingly don't know what numbers that covers. I am going to add this information to the CGW checklist post.

I only collected the single issues instead of the trades. But from the creative team description on the trade, it looks like it collects the early issues from Ghost Volume 2.
