I would said IDW since they seem to reviving a lot more comic book universes like: Transformers, Jon Sable, Freelance, Grimjack, Badger, Angel, Doctor Who, The Fallen Angel, and others.Chiclo wrote:I'd almost be willing to bet a three cent nickel that that revival would be headed by Dynamite.Cyberstrike wrote:Never say never.
If Valiant prove to be a success (again) then someone with the money and contacts might think: "Isn't there another Jim Shooter universe out there that I can get a hold of?" and then you could have a Defiant and/or Broadway rebirth as well.

most of those are former First Comics that were in litigation...has that ended?Cyberstrike wrote:I would said IDW since they seem to reviving a lot more comic book universes like: Transformers, Jon Sable, Freelance, Grimjack, Badger, Angel, Doctor Who, The Fallen Angel, and others.Chiclo wrote:I'd almost be willing to bet a three cent nickel that that revival would be headed by Dynamite.Cyberstrike wrote:Never say never.

You do raise a good point - Dynamite seems more interested in reviving single characters, like Red Sonja or the more recent Painkiller Jane.

IDW has already released about 7 or 8 Grimjack trades collecting the First Comics run and they have already released a new Grimjack mini-series and John Sable: Freelance mini-series as well new trades reprinting the First Comics run of John Sable as well.
There are also plans are that there will be a new Badger mini-series as well.

Here's their website: http://www.idwpublishing.com/
I don't know if you all are aware, but www.fanfare-se.com/SearchResult.asp has SCHISM pages by J.G. Jones!
They also have Dark Dominion Issue 11 pages, which is an unpublished issue that I figured out was also part of SCHISM.
I just picked up these 2 pages:
Dark Dominion, Issue 11
This is the SCHISM plot from the shooterswork.com website:
• Cut to Michael (since you're only as dead as you think you are) He pulls himself together and goes
searching for Nudge in Hell.
• Demonica has just discovered that the soul of Zahnrhee is gone from Nudge when Michael finds them. Demonica knows that Chasm will kill her if he finds out. Just as D. really tears into Nudge, Michael clocks her.
• He takes Nudge Quantum to save her life. Tries to get her out of Pandemonium and back to Avalon, but Chasm arrives in time to block the way.

and this from SCHISM, Issue 3 with CHASM ripping out Michael's (DD) heart.
This is the plot of SCHISM from the shooterswork.com website:
• Cut to Chasm after he has ripped Michael's heart out and exulted in his victory. He swallows the pulsing, glowing (quantum) heart. Michael's body seems dead, but it has not dissolved into slymooze. (Kind of a hint that the death may not be complete)

There is also another page from SCHISM that basically shows the same action from the Dark Dominion page above. Notice Michael grabbing Demonica's hand in both panels and then giving the punch. This gives you an idea of how the SCHISM book and the Dark Dominion book would of crossed over. Pretty cool! I'm glad to add these to my collection

yep, it was over the weekend, so hopefully I will hear from him today.Crow331 wrote:I ordered from him twice in the past 2 weeks. One time he responded within a day. The 2nd time I inquired on the weekend and he didn't get back to me until Monday. Maybe he doesn't work weekends? So if you sent an email on Friday, Saturday or Sunday I wouldn't expect to hear anything until Tomorrow
Also, hopefully he does a good job of keeping the page up to date with what has sold.
Yeah he seemed to do that too. He sent me an email saying my pages were "reserved" until payment was made and I noticed they had been taken down from the site during that time period. Hopefully you'll get what you want. Let us know what you boughtBrother J wrote: Also, hopefully he does a good job of keeping the page up to date with what has sold.

I just paid for it, so I guess I can reveal what I bought now:

Dark Dominion #11 (unpublished) cover color art.
To be honest, I kind of prefer color art to inks, especially when you consider the difference in price. I've actually known about these pages for sale for a long while, but finally decided to act on it and buy one before you other guys pick the pages over...

Very nice. I tried to talk him down for the original ink for that cover and the color art you purchased together and he barely budged. I think the interior pages are more than fair, but $250 for a cover for something unpublished with very little interest, I think was too high.
$50 for yours is nice though, congrats!

yep, would have loved the original art to go with it, but can't afford it. It was between this one and the DD #7 color cover, I just thought this one was a bit cooler, even if it's unpublished.Crow331 wrote:Very nice. I agree, yours is cooler, you made the right choice. I noticed someone on comicartfans.com has the original inks for DD #7 cover.Brother J wrote:yep, would have loved the original art to go with it, but can't afford it. I think the original cover for issue 11 should of been $200 like the 2 other covers for DD that he has or maybe even less. I might of jumped at it if it was, but I am happy with the 2 Dark Dominion pages and the Schism page I got
