I just got one of those at my LCS this week ... there was a stack of them. Why is that selling so high?

The Stand is probably Stephen King's most popular book. Being the only one on eBay... his fans are bidding.
I'm sure it won't maintain that price, but I'd like to have a stack of those.

Crazy!

I've always saved my Marvel Previews (since they're comic book size it was no big deal) but I never thought they would be worth anything.

some people are just *SQUEE* I guess.

It's obviously being bought by Stephen King fans that don't go to comic shops.
