Looking for a Jim Shooter interview

Help!

I am trying to find an interview with Jim Shooter I thought I read somewhere on the sight here.

The distinguishing things I remember are:
1) Shooter talking about how the creation of the original Valiant characters were a team effort among and a last minute thing he kind of pulled together.
2) A bit of a rant about how other authors messed up the continuity, i.e. X-O talking the long walk the Harbinger kids being held in stasis by the Spider Aliens to have the time match up.
3) Praise and criticism for Micheliene

I went back through the sight and it does not seem to be the two part interview under "Everything Else" or the two part interview linked to CBR.

If anyone knows what I am talking about please pass on a link or straighten me out if I am confused about this.
