Hi Everybody...
I just recently found this site partly because i just recently found my old comics again. I spent the weekend at my parents place and found all of my old comics. I found myself retreating to the basement all weekend reading my old...Da da DA!...Valiant Comics.
Like a lot of people I was pulled in by Unity. I started with Eternal Warrior because I liked his character design (I have no idea why they ever put him in that lousy jumpsuit later.) From there I moved on to Shadowman and Bloodshot, and then went back to try to pick up the old (Pre-Unity) issues. I loved Archer and Armstrong, and Harbinger, It took me a while to get into the Future titles though, I really liked the original Rai.
I stuck with Valiant for a while, titles slowly dropping off as I oost interest in them and they got weaker I felt. The only one that kept my attention until the end was Shadowman. And i followed that title until the end of VH1.
When VH2 came out, I had such an emotional attachment to the VH1 characters and universe that I just said "All good things..." and so the last Valiant comic I bought was Shadowman 43.
That's my story. Oh, and I want to say I've been reading the forums here and have quite enjoyed all of your discussions.
