You know as I go through all the issue#1 pages I don't see any ho hum pages. After reading the HC all of them just have that extra amount of power for me, all of them mean something and that's why Lapham is the man!

You are right! Ho hum,was the wrong choice of words.The whole book is important to no only to this Valiant universe but the hobby also.

I almost wonder if Lapham is hurting himself selling multiple pages at once. I have to admit, I targeted this page, but I did on all of them, and if they weren't on the same day I would have gone stronger on some of the others.

I think he is selling them at the wrong time. This is such a slow time for Valiant art.It's all gonna come back in time. It is definitely a buyers market for this stuff!

I've bought a number of pages from Renee and David in the past and they are very good to deal with. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to get pages from them, but I have never had a problem and they have always arrived in excellent condition. I think they also wait until their round of auctions are over to save folks money on shipping. Shoot Renee an email, I'm sure she would be glad to help in any way she can.

When a copies of the book sell for $2500 I would think the original art would be a lot more than that.

I am truthfully shocked that some of these went for so low.
