There are auctions up on eBay at the moment for both Harbinger 1 in CGC 9.8 and Rai 0 in CGC 9.9.
Which would you rather own?

given the choice of harby 9.8 and rai 9.9 i'd choose the harby.

Between a Harby 9.8 and a Rai 0 10,...i'd get the rai 10

I would not trade a Harbinger 1 in 9.8 for 5 Rai in 9.9.
