I havent left any feedback for awhile so this may be old news and I remember I think Zeph mentioning something about this happening.

But I saw the pop-up for the first time that sellers cant NEG buyers?

Well what is to stop some fcked up buyer negging a seller unjustly?

Say you sell someone a comic, it gets lost in the mail, and some fcker negs you for losing it. Whats your recourse then? Uh...nothing?!

Another smart move ebay, and you wonder why your stock price hasnt moved in 3 years

Yeah, that's old news. The one good thing coming out of this is that sellers will no long be able to hold a buyers feedback hostage and give retaliatory negs.

It's all about attracting more new buyers on eBay. They receive more final value fee revenue when more buyers are buying stuff.

With more final value fee revenue the eBay board can now vote to give themselves raises.

in that case this should be a big success i cant imagine anyone having any fear in buying something now when there's nothin stopping them from negging a seller
