I had a good time at FCBD. I was in Studio City so I checked out a shop there and got two FCBD editions and quite a few DC back issues since the owner was doing 50% off.

FCBD was okay. One owner let me take one of each but I found out that they were leftover FCBD books from last year. Another gave me that look that I had to buy something before I could take some comics.

the 2nd guy is a t.wat, the whole purpose of this is to introduce people to comics and GIVE THEM AWAY!!! not use them as bait to MAKE people buy stuff, I wouldn't go back to that guys shop, heck, he only paid like 30 cents a book, and if he was nicer, I would maybe become a normal customer that would spend more then the whole box of FCBD books cost him, his loss....but thats just me :?

Yeah I don't think I'm going back, unless I really need a comic book that I know I can't get anywhere else.
