The Green Lantern Gallery
My main collecting focus of recent is Green Lantern. Here's my collection so far:
Green Lantern 5:

First appearance of Hector Hammond.
Green Lantern 7:

First appearance of Sinestro.
Green Lantern 9:

First cover appearance of Sinestro. Yes, those are burn marks on the cover, hence the reason I got it so cheap.
NEW Green Lantern 11:

NEW Green Lantern 12

NEW Green Lantern 15

NEW Green Lantern 16:

First appearance of Star Sapphire!
Green Lantern 23:

First Appearance of the Tattooed Man!
NEW Green Lantern 24:

NEW Green Lantern 25:

NEW Green Lantern 28:

NEW Green Lantern 29:

First appearance of Black Hand.
NEW Green Lantern 31

NEW Green Lantern 32:

Green Lantern 33:

A cool Dr. Light cover
NEW Green Lantern 37:

NEW Green Lantern 38:

NEW Green Lantern 39:

Green Lantern 40:

Hal Jordan v. Alan Scott, plus the origin of "Infinite Earths" of many DC Crises fame. This is one of my favorite Green Lantern covers of all time, if not my favorite.
Green Lantern 48:

This cover always strikes me because Hal Jordan's face looks so strange.
NEW Green Lantern 50:

Green Lantern 54:

Green Lantern 56:

NEW Green Lantern 59:

First appearance of Guy Gardner.
NEW Green Lantern 64:

Green Lantern 74:

This is a pretty dynamic cover, between Hal's pose, and Sinestro ominously standing in front of them.
NEW Green Lantern 75:

This is the last issue before the classic Denny O' Neill and Neil Adams run, and roughly the end of the silver age run of this book.

One of my other loves is some of the indy books from the late 80s, early 90s. I grew tired of super heroes as I entered my teen years, and I started asking the guys at my shop to recommend some alternative stuff. Thus began my adoration of Bob Burden, Ben Edlund, Evan Dorkin, Mike Allred, and others.
Pirate Corp$ 1:

Not many people know about this Evan Dorkin series, but it is, in my opinion, some of his best work. It was later printed as Hectic Planet.
Milk & Cheese 1 (2nd print):

This is a placeholder until I get a first printing of this book.
It's Science With Dr. Radium 1:

Scott Saavedra proves that science is fun in the future!
Madman 1:

This is a bit of a place holder until I get Creatures of the Id #1, the first appearance of Frank Einstein (Madman).
The Tick 1 (2nd print):

This is a place holder until I get a first printing of #1, and/or a special edition #1.
Flaming Carrot Comics 1:

This is the original one shot that precedes the ongoing title by a couple years. This is from Bob Burden's personal stash of these. I bought it from the guys at the Gumby booth at Wondercon 2007.
Grendel, Devil By The Deed:

It's no Primer #2, but I like this book. Signed and personalized to me by Matt Wagner.
I'm not a collector of Simpsons Comics, but these are neat:
Simpsons Comics 19:

Signed and a head sketch of Homer by Matt Groening.
Simpsons Comics 19:

Matt did a head sketch of Marge on this one.
Radioactive Man 1:

Matt Groening Signed and did a Bart head sketch on this one.

I started reading Gumby because Bob Burden was writing it. They are just darn fun comics.

In order: Gumby Summer Fun Special, Gumby 1, Gumby 2, Gumby 2 (variant cover), Gumby Free Comic Book Day 2007, Gumby 3, Gumby Free Comic Book Day 2008
Also, I have this nifty Gumby print, signed by the artists:
