NINJAK...Variant my sweet SQUUEEEE!!! ;)

I wrote this guy asking to explain how one is a variant. Here is what he wrote back.
well to the untrained eye these look the same...lol.
good question. i held many copies for a long time, and many seemed to vary in their title "ninjak" and the coloring around that logo, coloring of the shattered pieces, and the color of the white, most noteably near the valiant logo, i believe this error copy because it meets these factors. the background around ninjak is the goldish color like the golds not the regular issue. the colors are lighter of the pieces, and the white near valiant logo seems pearlized instead of white. i dont not think remember if there is recognized on Greg's site (valiantfans.com) or if cgc recognized there is one or not. with this new printing technique at that time and the material they used, i think errors are likely in this type of medium. I didnt pursue any more research so i started the auction at .99 so it would be more of anyone wanted for their own interest or comparison.
thanks i hope this helps
Help me out guys...I'm just a poor little ol'newbie

Third or fourth thread actually.Draco wrote:There is a thread about this which some kind folk will no doubt show us in a mo, but this is not uncommon with the foils as we know with X-O ivory etc.
The process leaves many copies differing in shade etc probably when ink ran low or something of that sort.
