But my name, which I didn't receive until my second birthday, omm'A is derived from the Hindu mantra that alot of cultures hummm when they meditate. OMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. So the name means the Vibration or "Sound of the Universe"

Before 2 they just called my baby brother.
That is very cool. Do you go by Omma? Or do you use a nick name?

Yea omma or Gramma. I answer to either :D

My other nicknames I've had are:

9th grade: Ammo - I averaged around 30 a game as a freshman on varsity so they all liked to chant my name backwards.

Fresh Ucla: the Murderer - I'd almost send one player a day to the training room with an injury. I told em not to try dunking on me but they wouldn't listen. They needed me to toughen em up for Corliss Williamson. :P

When you fight at the Valintine Mansion in Soul Calibur on the Dreamcast, the song played is "Unblessed Soul"

my shops name...my ex-business partner stole it from a big time Valiant dealer out of New Jersey that used to advertise in the CBG in '92/'93...I've always wondered what other name we could've come up with back then. This one is hard to beat!

KO is not a take on X-O. My kid's middle names are Kairos & Ophelia. 2003 was a great year for me. Changed jobs which freed up a lot of time; especially not having to work on the weekend.

I guess could be true, unless there is some cool story about why your parents named you greg... :thumb:

Actually, there's not. My parents claim they don't know why they named me 'Greg'.
Supposedly, it means "vigilant watchman". Is that what I do for Valiant?
Is that why I'm a research analyst in my 'day job'?

My parents named me 'Greg'... but not 'Gregory'.
Anytime someone would call me 'Gregory',
I would just add 'ory' to their name.
It worked great on teachers... Mrs. Smithory.
(I was always in trouble anyway, so I might as well have fun with it.)

yeah I am just Chad and not Chadwick. People are always asking me if it is Chadwick..I honestly dont think that I know anyone named Chadwick and I think that Chad was a fairly popular name for kids around my age. :thumb:

I was in a college fraternity and we had a member who was foul beyond words. He was a legacy and his nick-name was HoboJoe. His filthy exploits are still legendary, and when I need to add to my post-count, I'll put some up. The Valiant ref. was from the other 3 comic readers in the chapter, and as this was during the height of the Valiant craze (91-94), we figured that the worst-case scenario for a sooper-hero was nappy old Hobo, wrapped in X-O armor. He never had a clue why we called him X-O HoboJoe, but he never figured out HoboCop either. Somewhere, I've got a drawring, if I find it, I'll post it.

And all this time, I thought it was X-O HomoJoe.

My bad.

The shipping weight was off by 6 pounds. It was my fault. I'm sorry . I hope I made it up to everyone who bid and won on my auctions.

I was very satisfied with the shipping cost on my auctions from Jedi. Talk about fast shipping.....Yikes!
