Most Wanted ACCLAIM?

Post by xodacia81 »

There is a Most Wanted section for VALIANT. None for ACCLAIM. Now, the easy reason is those books were just not NEEDED  but, there are plenty of us who DO collect the ACCLAIM side of things. Is there enough demand/interest/curiosity to create something for ACCLAIM along the lines of the VALIANT Most Wanted section at the front of the site? I wonder...and I wonder if Greg ever considered this. Anyone else interested? Thoughts?

I'm afraid that that would be a small site.

I love my Valiant, don't get me wrong.... but I would really dig an Acclaim site. Personally can't do anything but help Acclaim collectors get their fix and make Valiant look that much cooler ;)

Looks like we have the list....and more good stuff could be added.

Turok Oblivion is a tough book,
the Deadside issues were tougher for me than Armorines 3,
NIO isn't highly valued but wasn't that easy to track down,
all V3 Shadowman & Turok/Shadowman are 'wanted'
also the X-O Fan edition, Quantum & Woody 0, and B&W Reviews

Plus there are plenty of non-Valiant related Acclaim comics that also go for good money when you can find them!!! Among these include many of the Magic: The Gathering TPBs, which sell for an average of $25 each. Harder to find than the Q&W TPBs, IMO.

In terms of rarity what does everyone think the list should be? I mean there are some items that I've looked for on ebay and haven't seen for several months? :hm:

I used to have all the MAGIC books. I still have Homelands and I THINK I still have Dakkon, but most of them I sold in a large box last year in order to get credit to purchase VH1/VH2 items.

Keep 'em. You knever know what direction the new owners will take in the future. Could a Crisis be in our future and VALIANT? Time will tell.
