Despite strong comeptition from Jack Boniface, sting and Gilad I think I have to go for Magnus.

Not only is he as brilliantly emotionally and physically conflicted as a lot of Valiant mainstays he has a timeless superhero aesthetic, the red toga has a 'future savage' thing going on and bare hands breaking metal skin is as cool now as it was in 1963.

I liked the concept of Gilad and the historical lesson that came with each issue. Ivar stories went too far. I'd have to say my second is Bloodshot. Cool concept and back story on the dude.

That's a toughie...

Aric and Magnus are both great, probably my favourites. Gilad is way up there, too... he might've been my favourite when I first got into VALIANT years ago. I gotta give mention to Boniface, too...

Two favorites................Phil Seleski and Erica Pierce. Valiant's most powerful, influential, and mentally screwed-up characters. Aram would be my third pick.

The Harbinger kids run first in my book. Doctor Mirage was always a favorite of mine. Rounding out the third...I loved Archer and Armstrong...but it would depend on who was writing them. The later issues were kinda BLAH for me thus turning me off from the characters. The early stuff SO ROCKED.

I was thinking about this, and I can't pin down my "favorite" character. If I HAD to choose one, it would probably be Archer (BWS style). But I like so many of the characters, it is hard to choose one.

Now, who is your least favorite character (not story, not book).

Chris

The baby-mama of Magnus? Yeah, she wasn't very good. Too bad about Flam ending up with Archer. I thought Sting deserved better.

You would actually use the Monster Bike Spinner against Sven?

The horror. The horror.

Hey, who is this "Lightning Strike"? Ha, good to see a familiar face right off the bat!

.......

This is actually a really tough one to answer:

Magnus would be my first thought, but truth be told, it's Russ Manning's version that I enjoy most (as introduced to me, first, through Vintage Magnus from Valiant) and I'm not sure that quite qualifies. If it does, it's Magnus, easy.

If not, then it's a battle between Solar and X-O...and that's still dang tough! They're both awesome! But...I think that Aric probably just edges out the win. The character, the concept, the "costume" -- so cool!

1.Bloodshot-as said before cool history to the character. Also his nanites gave him a set abilities(fast healing, increased strength) ,his Harbinger power over machinery, and better living through superior firepower always made him a favorite with me.
2.Turok-he fights dinos, and hangs out in the Lost Land, what coller than that.
3.Rampage-the eeevvvvvviiiiiiiiiillllllll clone of Bloodshot created by his nanites when he overcame thier programing. So the nanites created thier own Bloodshot to fulfil thier directives.
4.Rai-the original, non Future Force version. Along with a cool appearance, and the ability to create any weapon he could think of put him in my list. Also that despite he was always trying to do the right thing, it unfortunatly kept blowing up in his face. At least he went down fighting despite the odds.
5.XO-Manowar-The suit, along with Aric's no BS attitude put him among the greats.
