Kandora Publishing
I didn't see an issue list for this company so I figured I'd throw one together since it's quite short.
Barbarossa & The Lost Corsairs #1-2
Barbarossa 1A for the PSP
Barbarossa 1B for the PSP
Jade Fire #1

Not really the fault of the fans though. The books had decent numbers given it was a new publisher. The three books published were in the 2300-3500 range. The publisher's to blame here, since apparently they didn't have enough capital to take an initial loss and that's just poor business planning.
The two unreleased properties, Monarch of Manhatten and Savage World, are due to be published under a new studio and by a different publisher.

I think that's still the plan. Towards the end of October Chuck Sellner said he was starting up a new studio (Visionary, I think?) and the books would be put out bya publisher. Shortly after that Kandora's site was shut down, so there's been no more info.
I think Barbarossa and Jade Fire were supposed to be finished at Speakeasy as well, but I don't think that's happening anymore.

At the moment, I only have Barbarossa #1. I smelled something fishy from them early on so knew not to buy their second month's issues, but I know my lcs has the two other Kandora books, so I could complete my collection at any point. I don't see those books going anywhere any time soon.

Yeah, and, really, those aren't bad numbers for that type of company. They just didn't have a realistic view of today's market. They were expecting (needing, actually) "CrossGen numbers" from the start and that's just ridiculous and if in any business you can't survive a few months (heck even a year or so) without suffering a loss, you shouldn't be going into business in the first place.

There is hope for the former Kandora Publishing titles in Visionary Comics Studio started by former Kandora writers Brian Augustyn and C. Edward Sellner. There are already plans to launch Savage World. With the other 3 not far behind.
