from about here on out, the people who made these issues should be the ones behind bars...The Harbinger wrote:

Ends with "Things are going to change soon". They must have been getting desperate for a quick fix. Twice-up an easy ending to the cliff-hanger from last issue. Think it's time to vote 2.

Issue #15, I like the story, not super strong, but is built with good details, and flows with past story issues.
I’ve included below some of my random notes from re-reading this issue:
Mission of this Issue: Escape from the Harbinger Foundation’s “Starstep” facility where Earl Simkus (Midnight) and the Star Squad captured the H.A.R.D. Cops and have them imprisoned.
3 New Power Modes were mentioned in this issue:
“Grenade Mode” Creates an explosive ball of energy
“Static Mode” Interfears with Electronic Transmissions
“Decoy Mode” Makes Holographic Projections of an individual for a distraction.
It's interesting that "Static," and "Decoy" mode were powers seen in Eggbreakers in issue #4. To get these powers Omen Enterprises usually has to capture the individual with the Harbinger Powers, and scan them to acquire the power. I'm assuming since the H.A.R.D. Corps agents now have these power modes that the Eggbreakers "Static," and "Decoy" must have been captured at one time.
1 New H.A.R.D. Corp trainee was mentioned “Grasshopper.” While “Perp,” and “Wipeout” were already mentioned in issue #8 (See my review of issue #8).
Shakespeare has a PH.D from 4 Universities.
Hotshot has a B.A. in Political Science.
Softcore’s full name is “Ellen Sartoris.”
Mr. Hazelton (Hazy) is the Facility Director of the Harbinger Foundation’s “Starstep” facility.
Stuart is an H.A.R.D. Corp repair technician who has a grudge against Director Mr. Heydrich. Stuart might have been the one who sent Mr. Heydrich the threat letter accusing him of Superstars death. (See last issue #14).
We find out in this issue that Harada is in an Irreversible Coma as a result of his fight with Peter Stanchek (Sting).
Since Harada is in a coma, and Earl Simkus (Midnight) doesn’t have a protector in Harada anymore, the H.A.R.D. Corps offers Midnight a job with Omen Enterprises.
“Midnight” tells the H.A.R.D. Corps that Harada thought the “Other Man,” was an H.A.R.D. Corps Saboteur.
Learn from “Midnight” that “Starstep” facility and the Harbinger Foundation wasn’t responsible for the Invulnerability mode failure that killed Superstar in issue #13.
Nice, Good Art Work, not awesome but good, but this issue has a good story. 3/5
