That is a classic cover. Valiant had a number of great covers. Welcome!

For what it's worth, I just recently manged to find Harbinger 7 in the back issue bins. The signifigance of this issue for me is that it was the last of Harbinger I needed to re-complete my Harbinger collection after my brother-in-law randomly got rid half of the boxes in my comic collection, (long story) which included most of my Valiant titles. It was/is a fantastic story and one of the best comics to handle the death of a main character since, since, hmmm, it has no equal.
PS. you say you have 12 copies of this issue? Thanks a lot, now I know why it was so hard to find.

"Chiclos" are cheap, Mexican knockoff candies sold by the poorest children in Ensenada.
The "Chiclets" kids beat up the "Chiclos" kids.
Now fortified with EXTRA lead!
