Dealer Copies Retail Review Copies

I rarely see any for sale. Were they tossed out by dealers or are the print numbers overstated. I assume they were never for sale to the public. I am curious about this books.

these were intended for dealers to put out from customers to read. They were supposed to punch a hole in it and attach it by a string to the table to allow people to read. Some may have been thrown out.

Up until this year you could find most of them easily on ebay. A few sellers would even put them in lots of 10 (all different) on a fairly regular basis. They would usually end up selling for less than $30.

I have noticed that that have come up for sale less and less this past year.
