I've bought several for under $1 ... they top out at $3-4, although occasionally some minor bidding war pushes them up a bit.Lightning Strike wrote:How much do the Ultraverse Ultra 5000 variants cost?

I'd pay as much as $20 for that darn Break Thru #1 Ultra 5,000, impossible to find.depluto wrote:I've bought several for under $1 ... they top out at $3-4, although occasionally some minor bidding war pushes them up a bit.Lightning Strike wrote:How much do the Ultraverse Ultra 5000 variants cost?
However, with these books, if you are patient, you will eventually find them cheap. I was looking forever for the green logo Elven #1. I finally found it two weeks ago in a quarter bin. Still trying to figure out why they call it a "foil" variant when it has no foil on it.

So the Break-Thru Ultra 5,000 is worth more than the other ones?Brother J wrote:I'd pay as much as $20 for that darn Break Thru #1 Ultra 5,000, impossible to find.depluto wrote:I've bought several for under $1 ... they top out at $3-4, although occasionally some minor bidding war pushes them up a bit.Lightning Strike wrote:How much do the Ultraverse Ultra 5000 variants cost?

It is the most highly sought, however. Appearantly I discovered the second confirmed copy for our little circle.

Re: How much do the Ultraverse Ultra 5000 variants cost?
It's worth more in that if I ever saw a copy for sale on eBay, I'd bid the *SQUEE* out of it, since it's the one Ultra 5,000 I still need and have never seen (other than on Big Tel's web site). I think everyone that I know that collects Ultraverse needs it except for Chiclo.Lightning Strike wrote:So the Break-Thru Ultra 5,000 is worth more than the other ones?Brother J wrote:I'd pay as much as $20 for that darn Break Thru #1 Ultra 5,000, impossible to find.depluto wrote:I've bought several for under $1 ... they top out at $3-4, although occasionally some minor bidding war pushes them up a bit.Lightning Strike wrote:How much do the Ultraverse Ultra 5000 variants cost?
