My story.
Back in 1991 I started realizing that it was cool for me to be who I am a read comics. So I went to the LCS and picked up Spawn #1 and at that time that was what to read. I then decided to try the Valiant line. I was enthralled by the great story, The art pretty much sucked but thats not what a comic is for is it--its the story. I then came to the realization that everything else was crap and I would only get the V's from then on out. BTW the first Valiant that I read was RAI #0.
Great website and I raise a toast to the future of Valiant.
God bless Jim Shooter and all of the the creative forces behind Valiant

Thanks for the welcome guys. I just won alot of auctions on EBAY for most of the pre unity stuff. I hope to catch up on some reading this weekend. I read Shadowman #1 last night and was taken back to my teen years-oh those were the days. As for those interested some of the items that I won are, Shadowman 1-26 for 20 bucks, complete Magnus run for 100 bucks, Harbinger pink CGC 9.6 for 50.00 bucks, XO 1-15 for 15.00 bucks, Solar 1-20 for 40.00 bucks with 2 # 10's, A&A 1-15 with double of all issues for 15.00 bucks and finally another XO run 1-10 for 20.00 bucks. Im thinking that I got some pretty good deals. Whadda you guys think?
